The Integrated Material Gate Pass Management System has been rolled out at Tanda Super Thermal Power Station & inaugurated by Sh B. C. Polai , CGM Tanda on 48th Raising day. The system has been implemented and the initial trainings has been provided to NTPC & CISF Teams members as required. The implemented system has two sections:

(1.) In SAP for exclusive use of NTPC employees to create the material gate passes in incoming & outgoing category . A single SAP T_Code – ZMMGATEPASS is being used for the purpose.

(2.) A web based application, which shall be used by CISF personnel for making entries of all outgoing & incoming material via Gate passes prepared in the new system.
